A ground breaking crypto trading technology are seeking a visionary technologist to help them spear head the development of their platform. An opportunity for a highly motivated technology leader to join the team and shape the future of a rapidly growing company.
This role will focus on the technical strategy and roadmap for a crypto trading organisation to align with the overall company vision and growth objectives. You will be tasked with managing, evolving and building a high performance engineering function.

Role: CTO
Company: Crypto Trading Platform
Salary: Up to $500,000
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of features throughout the entire SDLC.
- Lead and manage a scaling engineering function, ensuring to drive technical innovation, provide mentorship and deliver scalable solutions.
- Work hands-on with the development team to build, enhance and progress the trading platform.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, product team and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions and help drive product development.
- Assist in capturing new market opportunities for continued company expansion.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have had exposure to leading development teams within a crypto, FinTech or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of trading strategies, markets and technologies.
- At least 7-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, async I/O and building and interfacing with web-based services.
- Experience with Distributed Systems, microservices architectures and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g Docker, Linux shell scripting, Terraform)
- Start-up experience is desired.
