Hi, my name is Nick, I am currently a Delivery Consultant for Source-Control.

I place top tier candidates across multiple technical verticals for our clients in the respectable field of Trading Technology across both Defi and TradFi. I recruit and source a broad remit of languages and tech stacks. This has helped me to develop a broad understanding of the niche technologies that we as a business specialize in.

Throughout my time in recruitment, I work hard to carefully manage the expectations of my clients and candidates alike to ensure that we reach a positive result for all parties and ultimately place candidates in a role that meets their criteria.

I’m thorough in understanding candidate’s situations and motivations which leads to a better relationship and service for the client.

Case Study

A UK-based client needed an Angular engineer to build their trading platform but faced difficulty finding the right talent in the UK. Our consultant broadened the search to Europe and found a talented engineer based in Amsterdam.

The consultant supported the relocation process, and the engineer is now on-site and contributing to the client's platform.

This case highlights the success of expanding the search beyond geographical boundaries to find the best talent.
